Cookies
Small files, big honesty.
Last updated April 15, 2026
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. We use cookies for three things, no more: keeping you logged in, remembering your consent choice, and — only if you opt in — measuring how the product is used. Here is the full list.
1. Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the Service to work. You cannot turn them off from our banner — if you disable them in your browser, the Service will not function.
| Cookie | Vendor | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-access-token, sb-refresh-token | Supabase | Keep you authenticated after sign-in | Session + refresh cycle |
| reela-consent | Reela | Remember your cookie-banner choice | 12 months |
2. Analytics (opt-in only)
If you click Accept analytics in the banner, we set PostHog cookies to understand which features are used and where people drop off. No selling to third parties. No advertising identifiers.
| Cookie | Vendor | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| ph_* | PostHog (EU Cloud) | Anonymous product analytics | Up to 12 months |
You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking Cookie preferences in the footer, or by clearing PostHog cookies in your browser.
3. Payment (only during checkout)
When you go through the Stripe-hosted checkout page, Stripe sets its own fraud-prevention cookies on stripe.com. We do not set or read them; they leave no cookie on reela.studio itself.
4. How to control cookies
- From the banner on first visit — accept or reject non-essential cookies.
- Any time later — use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
- In your browser — most browsers let you block or delete cookies. See the help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
5. Changes
If we add or remove a cookie we update this page. Material changes trigger a banner re-prompt so you can re-consent.
